The Janet Coffee Table pairs the substantial mass of natural stone with the slender profile of architectural steel. Sitting low to the floor, the table introduces a balanced, grounded presence to the living room. Its expansive marble surface forms a calm horizontal plane that anchors central seating arrangements without interrupting visual sightlines across open residential interiors.
The tabletop is cut from selected natural marble, supported by a heavy-duty steel leg chassis. To carry the considerable downward load of the stone safely, the steel legs are joined using precision welds to create a rigid, stable sub-frame. The metal framework provides dependable resistance against racking, while the stone slab rests securely within cushioned contact points that accommodate subtle micro-movements.
In everyday living, the cool, honed marble surface offers a dependable setting for art books, coffee trays, and glassware within easy reach of low lounge seating. The durable matte powder-coated steel legs resist daily scuffs along high-traffic routes.
