JOVET Dining armChair
An architectural solid wood dining armchair defined by an enveloping curved crest rail, sculpted low armrests, and an upholstered seat.
The Jovet Dining Armchair combines solid wood craftsmanship with upholstered comfort, offering a distinctive alternative to conventional wooden dining chairs.
Its most recognisable feature is the exposed slatted backrest. The vertical wooden supports remain visible behind the upholstered back cushion, giving Jovet an interesting appearance from every angle. The angled legs and straight wooden armrests add definition to its structure, while the cushioned seat and backrest provide comfort for everyday dining.
Unlike fully upholstered dining chairs, Jovet allows the wooden frame to remain a prominent part of the design. The open sides also prevent the chair from appearing too bulky, making it an attractive choice for homeowners who want armrests without a heavily upholstered silhouette.
Jovet is particularly suitable for customers who value both comfort and visible woodwork. Its supportive armrests and upholstered seating make it a practical choice for family meals, dinner gatherings and everyday use.
For a mid-century modern dining room, Jovet pairs naturally with a rectangular or oval wooden dining table. Its defined wooden structure also complements Japandi and contemporary interiors, particularly when combined with simple dining tables that allow the chair's details to stand out.
The Jovet Dining Armchair is made to order in Malaysia by NICCHRIS, with a selection of upholstery fabrics and wood stains available to suit your preferences.

Cohesive Interior Curation
Jovet Arm is proportioned to accompany contemporary solid wood dining tables, executive conference rooms, and hospitality suites. Consider pairing it with these complementary workshop pieces:
Prada Dining Table
The Prada Dining Table features a substantial, grounded timber base with soft edge radiuses. Pairing it with the Jovet Arm Dining Chair creates a balanced composition where the chair’s enveloping curved armrests mirror the table’s softened corners.
Crate Dining Table
The disciplined linear apron and tapered legs of the Crate Dining Table provide a clean rectangular foundation in dining spaces. Arranging the Jovet Arm Dining Chairs along its perimeter introduces soft curved timber profiles that contrast pleasantly against the table’s crisp geometry.
