  1. How much do you charge for delivery?

 Within Klang Valley, our minimum charges are from RM250 onwards. For delivery out of Klang Valley, we will quote delivery charges based on location and ordered items. all furniture will be ready to use and assemble before delivery to be placed at your preferred spot.

  1. Do you provide disposal services?

No, NicChris do not do any disposal service.

  1. What happens if the delivered furniture is damaged?

From the time of receiving your order notify us immediately via phone call or text before the transporter leaves the location. Please state in the receiving documentation on your damaged item and provide photos of the damaged items as an assessment by our quality control team. Once assessed and approved by our specialists, you will be contacted by our team. Do not return the items before speaking to our team.

*For third-party delivery arranged by the buyer, NicChris will not be responsible for any damages once the item is handover to the transporter.

  1. What happens if I changed my mind?

Once the order has proceeded, there will be no exchange of product or cancellation. If the buyer cancels an order, the seller will retain the deposit as liquidated damages.
 

  1. Payment method

We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) via Paypal, direct deposit into our bank account.  Once confirmed, there will be no refund for cancellation. Please use your Order ID number as the payment reference and contact us at 012-223 3089.

Your orders will only be shipped once full payment is made.

  1. Warranty

The Warranty period commences from the date your goods are received from NicChris. The period of the Warranty will be:

- 1 year for upholstery frames (Upholstery frames are only for sofas)

Exclusions: This Warranty will not apply if;

- Repairs to a product are made or attempted by a service provider other than NicChris.

- The product is subject to natural wear and tear.

- The consumer abnormally used the product for example if the product is abused, misused, dropped, crushed, impacted with any hard surface, exposed to extreme heat (including fire) or cold, not maintained properly, or used after partial failure and used in Public and higher traffic areas with unrestrained behavior of patrons.

- The product has been modified, incorrectly adjusted or operated, subjected to the incorrect electrical supply or inconsistent electrical supply, or used with inappropriate accessories.

- The product is tampered with in any way.

  1. Is there any hidden charges?

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer competitive and transparent prices for our quality products. All our prices stated on our website are nett. There are no hidden charges such as delivery, installation, GST, etc.

       8. What is the lead time?

The lead time of our available items, staining, and upholstery is within 3-6weeks, it also depends on the item ordered, for custom-made items, the lead time will be around 2 months.
