How much do you charge for delivery?
For deliveries within Klang Valley, our charges start at RM250. For locations outside of Klang Valley, we’ll provide a custom quote based on your location and the items ordered. All furniture will arrive fully assembled, ready to use, and placed exactly where you want it.

Do you provide disposal services?
No, NicChris does not offer disposal services.

What happens if the delivered furniture is damaged?
If your furniture arrives damaged, please notify us immediately via phone call or text before the transporter leaves your location. Be sure to note the damage on the delivery documentation and provide photos of the damaged items for our quality control team to assess. After our specialists review and approve the assessment, our team will contact you. Please do not return any items before speaking with our team.

For third-party deliveries arranged by the buyer, NicChris is not responsible for any damages once the item has been handed over to the transporter.

What happens if I change my mind?
Once an order is processed, we do not offer exchanges or cancellations. If the buyer cancels the order, the seller will retain the deposit as liquidated damages.

Payment method
We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) available only in our showroom, and direct deposit into our bank account. Please note that cancellations are non-refundable once confirmed. Use your Order ID number as the payment reference and contact us at 012-223 3089. Delivery will only occur once full payment is received.

Warranty
The warranty period begins on the date you receive your goods from NicChris and covers:

  • 1 year for upholstery frames (applies to sofas only).

Exclusions: The warranty does not apply if:

  • Repairs are attempted by a service provider other than NicChris.
  • The product shows natural wear and tear.
  • The product is misused, abused, dropped, crushed, impacted, exposed to extreme temperatures, not properly maintained, or used after partial failure, especially in public or high-traffic areas.
  • The product is modified, incorrectly adjusted, or operated, subjected to an incorrect or inconsistent electrical supply, or used with inappropriate accessories.
  • The product has been tampered with in any way.

Please note that furniture used for commercial purposes is not covered by any warranty.
If an item used in a commercial setting is damaged but repairable, charges will apply.

For non-commercial use, if an item is damaged but repairable, charges will apply based on the necessary workmanship and parts.

Are there any hidden charges?
We are committed to transparency and take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All prices listed on our website are final. There are no hidden charges, including delivery, installation, or GST.

What is the lead time?
The lead time for available items, including staining and upholstery, typically ranges from 3-6 weeks, depending on the item ordered. For custom-made items, the lead time is approximately 2 months.
