Sometimes, the inspiration for furniture comes from the simplest objects around us.
The Candela Round Dining Table takes its inspiration from an everyday decorative candle holder. Its sculptural pedestal reinterprets the familiar curves of the object, turning something small and decorative into the defining feature of a dining table.
Made entirely from solid ash wood, Candela features a round tabletop supported by a curved central base. The open space beneath the tabletop gives the design an interesting silhouette, while allowing chairs to be arranged comfortably around it.
Part of the NICCHRIS ORIGIN collection, Candela reflects our approach to furniture design ,finding inspiration in everyday objects and giving them a new purpose.
