The Kaki Itik Side Table is defined by its compact circular top and an organic three-directional leg structure. Sitting comfortably beside low lounge chairs or sofa armrests, its splayed tripod footprint provides stable, balanced footing while leaving open negative space around floor level. The rounded tabletop softens rectangular layouts and keeps circulation routes clear across open living spaces.

Both the circular tabletop and the tripod legs are built entirely from solid wood. Each timber plank is hand-selected and grain-matched to achieve consistent color and natural movement across the circular surface. Beneath, traditional mortise-and-tenon joints lock the three splayed legs securely into an integrated timber hub. Concealed expansion fittings join the top to the frame, giving the solid timber room to breathe through seasonal humidity shifts without cracking or stressing joints.

In daily living, the table offers a dependable resting plane for morning coffee, evening reading, or personal objects at natural arm level. Hand-eased perimeter arrises feel smooth underhand, while the matte protective finish shields against liquid marks while preserving the authentic, open texture of raw timber.
