The Familiar Oreo Design, in a Smaller Size
The Oreo Stool Petite by NICCHRIS takes the distinctive design of the original Oreo Stool and brings it into a smaller, more compact size. It retains the combination of a generously padded seat and a solid wood base, giving the Petite its own proportions while keeping the character of the original.
What makes Oreo Petite particularly interesting is the detailing of its wooden base. Rather than using a plain, straight-sided base, the wood features a series of repeating vertical curves that create a pattern around the stool. The natural grain runs through these rounded sections, making the woodwork just as noticeable as the upholstered seat above it.
The thick, cushion-like seat extends slightly beyond the wooden base, creating two distinct layers. This difference in shape and material is what gives Oreo its recognisable appearance. The softness of the upholstery sits against the more defined curves of the timber, allowing both elements to stand out.
With its smaller proportions, Oreo Petite is suitable for a bedroom dressing area, beside a lounge chair, or as an additional seat in a living room or dining table.
