The Barcode Coffee Table is built around a low, rectangular profile and disciplined linear rhythm. Sitting low to the floor, its horizontal orientation anchors open living rooms without interrupting visual sightlines across the space. The surface pattern introduces subtle shadow lines that break up the flat plane, giving central seating arrangements a calm, grounded focus.

The tabletop is constructed from solid wood, paired with heavy-duty structural steel legs. We arrange each solid wood timber segment by hand to maintain consistent grain direction and color balance across the surface. To support the tabletop, the steel leg frame is fabricated with precision welds, creating a rigid base that resists racking. Slotted mechanical fasteners connect the wooden top to the steel chassis, giving the solid timber room to expand and contract naturally with seasonal humidity changes without warping or loosening.

In daily life, the table provides a stable, generous surface for books, drinks, and everyday objects within easy reach of sofas and armchairs. The matte protective finish protects both the timber grain and the steel frame from daily spills and wear while preserving the authentic, warm feel of raw wood under your hands.
